As winter ends, nearly 4,000 York County households are heading into warmer months with greater stability thanks to the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP). Beyond helping families stay warm, HEAP often serves as a gateway to additional support services. Applications reopen in August, with YCCAC staff ready to help every step.
