At York County Community Action Corp (YCCAC), we offer public transportation options that meet ADA requirements to help all our neighbors get where they need to go and access the services they need to thrive.
All our vehicles are lift equipped and have bike racks.
SANFORD TRANSIT: Provides year-round in-town service from Springvale to South Sanford with designated stops, route deviation and connecting services.
ORANGE LINE: A year-round service that operates 7 days a week between Sanford and Wells connecting to Amtrak Downeaster.
YCCAC’s Transportation Program is partially funded by the Federal Transit Administration and the Maine Department of Transportation; they are open to all people, and fully comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
All YCCAC buses and trolleys are accessible. Service animals are allowed on all YCCAC buses and vans and must be under the control of the rider. Portable oxygen equipment handled by a rider will be accommodated.
*No Service on New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
