DHHS announces transportation listening session for riders in York County
The Maine Department of Health and Human Services is engaged in an evaluation of its current transportation services, including Non-Emergency Medical Transportation for Medicaid recipients. DHHS is holding listening sessions statewide, one of which will be held on November 25 at 5:30 pm at the Portland DHHS office (location: 151 Jetport Boulevard, South Portland). DHHS is considering adding venues based on interest.
York County Community Action/Nasson Health Care clients and patients are encouraged to attend the Portland session and share their DHHS transportation service experiences. If you are interested in attending the event and need transportation, please contact either the DHHS York County ride broker or Brad Bohon from YCCAC/Nasson Health Care at (207) 408-5625 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
