The Maine Department of Health and Human Services is engaged in an evaluation of its current transportation services, including Non-Emergency Medical Transportation for Medicaid recipients. DHHS is holding listening sessions statewide, one of which will be held on November 25 at 5:30 pm at the Portland DHHS office (location: 151 Jetport Boulevard, South Portland). DHHS is considering adding venues based on interest.
York County Community Action/Nasson Health Care clients and patients are encouraged to attend the Portland session and share their DHHS transportation service experiences.
