York County Community College will host a Sidewalk Health Fair on Wednesday, May 1, 2019, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  The event is open to the public and will offer free screenings, raffle prizes, and the opportunity to learn about health and wellness organizations from across York County.
