Stuff the Bus with school supplies for local children

Though children are still out of school for the summer, Stuff the Bus is busy preparing for the upcoming school year by collecting school supplies!

Every donation collected makes a significant difference in the life of a York County student. These donations bring joy to children’s lives and organization into the classroom for teachers.  A child equipped with the tools to begin school is more likely to succeed academically—and to enjoy the experience of learning!

Stuff the Bus provides basic school supplies for children in our communities. Each child registered with the program will be able to shop for a new backpack and pick out a complete set of school supplies.

Stuff the Bus depends on community support to make its program successful. Listed below are school supplies most in demand. Donations of these items will be accepted until August 17th in three YCCAC locations at the agency’s 6 Spruce Street office complex: the main (front) reception room, the Transportation program’s reception room, and in Mesha Quinn’s office, in Economic Opportunity.
