York County Community Action Corporation (YCCAC) invites bids from interested contractors to provide weatherization services for homes of income eligible residents throughout York County. YCCAC’S Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) provides services to improve the energy efficiency of single-family homes, mobile homes and multi-family homes. All successful bidders will be required to comply with MaineHousing certification requirements. The Invitation to Bid package can be obtained by contacting Dolores at 207-459-2927.

All interested parties are encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting scheduled for Thursday, August 5, 2021 at 10:00 am EDT via Zoom Video Conference or in person at YCCAC, Dupee Conference Room, 6 Spruce Street, Sanford, ME. All recipients of the Invitation to Bid package and all other requestors will receive a Zoom invite with login information.

All bid package submissions are due no later than 10:00 am EDT, Wednesday, August 18, 2021. Bid openings will follow on the same date at 10:15 am EDT via Zoom conference and in person at YCCAC, Dupee Conference Room, 6 Spruce Street, Sanford, ME. All recipients of Invitation to Bid package will receive Zoom invite with login information.
