York County Community Action Corporation (YCCAC) invites bids from interested contractors to provide weatherization services for homes of income-eligible residents throughout York County. YCCAC’s Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) provides services to improve the energy efficiency of single-family homes, mobile homes and multi-family homes. All successful bidders will be required to comply with MaineHousing certification requirements. The Invitation to Bid package can be obtained by contacting Amy Vieira at 604-0347.

All interested parties are encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid meeting scheduled for Thursday, May 5, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. via Zoom or in the Dupee Conference Room at 6 Spruce Street, Sanford, ME. All recipients of the Invitation to Bid package and all other requesters will receive a Zoom invite with login information.
