York County residents can apply for home heating assistance through the HEAP program over the phone. It’s really that easy—just a phone call! There’s no need to leave your home to apply.
To apply for HEAP, call (207) 459-2950.
Your household may be eligible for HEAP benefits even if heat is included in your housing cost. This includes rent with heat included, room-and-boarders, and those in subsidized housing.
If you or someone you know is in need of heating assistance, we urge you to call the YCCAC Energy Services program and apply for HEAP—or pass this information on to those in need.
Applications for HEAP assistance will be taken through July 15, 2020.
