York County Community Action Corporation invites proposals from interested parties to provide weatherization services for agency certified low-income residents living in York County.  York County Community Action Corporation’s Weatherization Program provides services to improve the energy efficiency of homes.  Weatherization work will be performed in single family, mobile homes and multi-family homes.  All successful respondents will be required to comply with Maine Housing certification requirements.  A request for proposal package can be obtained by contacting Dolores at 207-459-2927.  Proposals must be hand delivered or mailed to the attention of Paula, York County Community Action Corporation, 6 Spruce Street, P.O. Box 72, Sanford, ME 04073 and the envelope must be clearly marked “Weatherization RFP Bid Response – DO NOT OPEN”.

Applicants are encouraged to attend the Pre-bid meeting at this location on Thursday, July 25, 2019 at 10:00 am EDT.  Public Notice Proposals are due no later than 10:00 am EDT, Monday, August 19, 2019.  Bid opening will follow on the same date at approximately 10:15 am EDT and is open to the public.
