YCCAC Deputy Director Carter Friend delivered a presentation at the 2019 Management and Leadership Training Conference in New Orleans on January 18. Carter spoke for just under 14 minutes, giving an overview of the strategic work YCCAC has completed over the past 14 months, and describing the outcomes we aim to achieve. It’s a snapshot of YCCAC at work today—and an intelligible summation of how YCCAC plays a vital role in helping to stabilize and strengthen York County families, neighborhoods, and communities.
