The YCCAC Volunteer Knitters were profiled last week on WMTW Channel 8. The crafters—all women, but men are certainly welcome to join—meet at the YCCAC office complex in Sanford each week to knit hats, mittens and scarves for local families, and to socialize. It’s a wonderful opportunity for these neighbors to get together, talk and snack on goodies, and create articles of clothing that help keep our residents warm during the winter.
