We’re less than a week out from our fall fundraiser—the 4th Annual YCCAC Ceilidh & Silent Auction.
Tickets are $15 adult, $8 for youth (age 4 to 16), and free for the “wee ones” (under 4). You can buy tickets HERE
The event takes place Friday, November 2, 2018, from 6:00 – 9:00 PM, at Spring Hill, 117 Pond Road, South Berwick. The auction will include dozens of decorated baskets, each containing two, three, four items or more. Music for the event will be provided by Junior Stevens & Friends—authentic Irish dance music led by “one of the foremost exponents of the Concertina and Button Accordion in the Irish style.” It’ll make you want to dance—or at least transport you, like the best music or movie or book can do, to a different place in time.
The Seacoast Set Dancers will again this year take to the dance floor to perform some of their intricate dance steps, and invite those of us with little (or no) experience to join them. They’re generous teachers, patient and skilled, and before long you’ll be spinning and twirling around the room like an old hand. Whether you choose to actively participate in the dances or just watch from the side, you’re guaranteed to have a fun and memorable time.
Bring family, bring neighbors, bring friends—but most importantly, bring yourself.
We’ll keep an eye for you on the dance floor!
