If you are pregnant, have a young family, or are a foster parent, YCCAC’s services for children and families is designed to help meet many of the health, education, and social service needs that you may have. Our compassionate staff will work with you, listen to your needs and concerns, and coordinate efforts across departments to ensure your child has the opportunity to be healthy, happy, and secure.
Our Whole Family Coaches work with you to identify and prioritize your family’s goals. You’ll discuss and agree how you want to work together based on your family’s interests and priorities. Coaches work with you to determine the results you want to achieve, guiding you, step-by-step to help reach your goals.
First 4 ME model supports community–based solutions to improve the lives of families and their children when transitioning from child care settings into the school system. The First4ME model is unique in each community in order to meet the individual needs of children, families, and child care providers.
Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) serves pregnant women, infants, and children from birth to age five. WIC offers one-on-one health and nutrition counseling and breastfeeding support. It also helps parents and foster parents pay for nutritious food and formula.
