York County Community Health Care provides timely, affordable, and accessible healthcare for York County individuals and families who are homeless and for those who reside in public housing. Our wide-range of primary care services are provided by a dedicated team of healthcare professionals—a physician, family nurse practitioners, physician assistants, social workers, nurses, and support staff.
We accept MaineCare, Medicare, Medicaid and private health plans. We also offer a generous sliding-fee schedule for persons without insurance based on the household income and family size.
