York County Community Action Corporation was awarded a $5,000 donation from TruChoice Federal Credit Union on Friday, January 11, 2019. The donation, delivered by TruChoice representatives Jen Toth and Lindsay Jacob to YCCAC Executive Director Barbara Crider, is part of TruChoice’s Community Giving.
“We’re always grateful for financial assistance from local businesses” said Ms. Crider. “And with the year now entering its coldest months, the funds will certainly be put to good use.”
TruChoice has branch offices in Portland, Buxton and Biddeford. Other local recipients of TruChoice Community Giving include Biddeford YMCA and Biddeford Parks and Recreation.
